I Need Conversion Instructions For Kitchen Aid Cooktop Model Kfgs366 02

I purchased new Kitchen Aid cooktop model KFGS366 02 from Lowes. When I opened it there was no orifices or instructions for converting it to LP. The owners manual says they are included. I contacted Kitchen Aid and they said they do not include them. I purchased new orifices. I need instructions for conversion. does anyone have a copy?
