The Grill At The Bottom Will Not Mount Correctly.

plastic against plastic makes loud pop when freezer door is opened past 90 degrees. the right bottom of grill hangs too low. there is no adjustment provision. it is not installed incorrectly. is this a design flaw? can it be fixed?
