Door Will Not Close To Allow Cycle To Start

once per week or so when we try to close the door and start a cycle on our kuds35fxss dishwasher the door will not click shut and allow the cycle to start. we had a service guy here when it was under warranty and he said nothing was wrong and the thing seemed to be ok......but since then (4 onths ago and now it is out of warranty) it keeps happening intemittently ....is there a fix for this? i was determined to buy a bosch but the sales lady talked me in to the kitchenaid

Check your racks that they are completly to the rear. Check the door seal carefully for any kinks or is out of position. I wish I had more to offer but there's very little info out there on your Unit.
