Printhead Carriage Jam.

Get this error message. Open access door but there is no material obstruction evident. Removed ink cartridges and printhead, cleaned same, found no evident material obstruction. Clicked everything back into place. Closed access door, pressed OK. Carriage moves slightly, I wait and the same Error message comes up again. ???
