How Do I Get The Black To Print?
Printer is a replacement for a defective one. Printer connected to computer. New black cartridge. All drivers and firmware are updated. Color is just OK, but black doesn't print at all. Everything is connected properly. When I go to the Home Center and follow directions for black is missing, nothing happens.
