Trouble
Kodak V1233 camera is giving me photos with stripes in them. What could be causing this problem?

Only a few things come to mind:
Dirty lens
Low battery
Defective storage card
Defective image sensor
Defective circuitry
If it's any of the top 3 you can take care of it. Otherwise the camera will need to be serviced. Repair will cost more than a referbished camera so you may as well grab a new one or a refurbished one. Search google for refurbs.
