Newsletter Printing Backwards

I am a school principal, and I am attempting to print a newsletter from Publisher 2010 to a Konica 751. I am setting the printing properties from my computer which is networked to the copy machine. Since this is a new computer, I have lost my saved settings from before. I got the newsletter to print properly - EXCEPT - it is printing backwards. What I mean is that the front cover page is on the back cover, and the pages are numbered right to left rather than left to right. I obviously have either missed a setting, or set something improperly.
