Main Backup Media Access Error
i tampered with my counter meter, my c550 shows an error code c-2650 internal error occured, and the start button was blinking orange light, but i removed the counter meter of the machine and replace with another c550 meter counter reader by the error code still appear, even after i trouble set it, the User and Administration setting disappear from the utility menu. pls i need a solution ugent

Hi. I work with Konica Minolta and have some information that should help you. As counters are tightly integrated into machine operation, this is not a do-it-yhourself situation. A trained technician is required in order to remedy your situation.
