Print From A Mac Os X Version 10.9.3 On A Konica Minolta C364e

the printer at my wifes office is setup with account tracking, it requires the user to put a 4 digit pin when printing. The problem i have is that i cannot find a way for the window prompting to input the pin to show. there is no security button in the printer software that i can find to set that up either.
