I Need To Make A Booklet, Stapled And Folded In The Middle.

The front cover is already printed. It will be in lanscape orientation. I have been given the pages already typed and they have been typed in landscape orientation as well in order of the pages as how they should be copied. In other words, there is a front cover (already printed),then you will open up the booklet to find page one, page two is an insert, followed by pages threee, four, five and six. The back cover will be blank.
