I am koodo enjoy three months. Two days ago I moved the sim cards to a new phone. I received a lot of messages from the code with the question: what is my password. I don't know how to set a password, I only have a pin. I don't know my account number. Bogdan

Forgot your password?
On the Self Serve login page, select Forgot? beside the password field.
Enter the email that's registered with your Koodo account.
Enter your last name.
Select Submit.
You should receive a "reset password" link in your email within 15 minutes.
Once you receive the email, select the link and create your new password.
