My Ai3010l Constantly Ads Toner! Solid Black Copies...

MY AI3010L CONSTANTLY ADS TONER! SOLID BLACK COPIES... I REPLACED THE DRUM, DEVELOPER AND TONER. IT THROWS TONER EVERYWHERE. I THOROUGHLY CLEANED THE UNT WITH COMPRESSED AIR AND VACUUM. WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE PLEASE.
