Cyan Color Is Not Shown

I have changed the cyan color in Kyocera TASKalfa 5052ci and it shows full container but when printing, the cyan color is not shown at all, I mad a color registration and the cyan color is missing from the colors, where the container is full and originalThanks for your feedback
