Kyocera Taskalfa 4501i Error C3300

kyocera taskalfa 4501i shows error c33001. I tried to clean upper document reader parts such as boards led lamp,boards ,mirrors ,isc pwb ccd pwd ,but no solution any one please help me

Error code C33001 on Kyocera TASKalfa 5501i and 4501i models indicates a problem with the scanner home position. If cleaning the upper document reader parts did not resolve the issue, there are a few other steps you can try:

Check the scanner lock: Make sure the scanner lock is not engaged. The scanner lock is located on the left side of the scanner unit and should be in the unlocked position.
Reset the machine: Turn off the machine, unplug it from the power source, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on again.
Check the scanner cables: Check the cables that connect the scanner unit to the main controller board. Make sure they are firmly connected and not damaged.
Replace the scanner motor: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it may be necessary to replace the scanner motor. This is a job best left to a trained technician.
