Aquatic Class Equipment And Pool And Club Cleanliness.

Have been attending aquatic classes for 18 months and haave observed the continual decline in the maintenance and upkeep of the aquatic program. There are insufficient and broken noodles and aquatic weights. The pool maintaenance is poor at best. The shower and toilet areas are dirty (mold on shower curtains). My wife and I are senior citizens and only use the aquatic facilities and would request you review our monthly fees. The entry to the facility is dirty with gum and papers on the ground. I have spoken to the manager about cleaning the entry with a good power washing and he informed me that it would be two weeks before he could get a power washer (Loews is next door!). Your company has a responsibility to not only accept the membership fees but to be a responsible member of the community. This club needs to become more proactive by offering a safe,cise clean environment to excercise. There is no need to threaten but consider this notice of several members of our aquatic class who have similar sentiment and are considering contact with public health to review the property. Please give this serious and immediate consideration. Look forward to your response to the communication and the needs of the facility.
