What Are The Racquetball Courts For Besides Racquetball?

I've written and spoke with you folks numerous times about the racquetball problems we were having at the 1604 club in San Antonio, TX. It seems as though the problems are pretty much rectified there. Now, I've also joined the leagues at Bulverde and the Blanco clubs. The floors at the Blanco club are always pretty dirty and the a.c. doesn't work worth a darn in them either. But, now , the big issue at the Bulverde club: Like I said I joined their league a couple of weeks ago and when I went there to play last week at about 6 (the league actually starts at 6:30) but some people get there early to play or warmup) there was a couple (man and woman) in one of the courts doing some kind of dance practice. She had on high heels and they had some other crap in there with them including a free weight laying on the floor. So, I went to the front desk and asked them to get me a manager to clarify what they allowed to go on in their courts. Well, the desk person actually took it upon themselves to go tell the people they had to get off the court ( I was impressed with that initiative!) and after a long discussion of about 10 minutes they finally left.Later on I happened to see the manager and had noticed while working out they he also had ended up talking to the couple for about another 10 minutes about the situation, so, I asked him what had happened. He proceeded to tell me that nothing else besides racquetball was allowed to go on in the courts and that supposedly when the couple signed up, somebody had told them they could practice their dance in the courts, but, he said that was wrong and they couldn't do it anymore. Great, I thought! But, guess what? Last nite I was there to play again at about 6 and THE SAME COUPLE WAS IN THE COURTS DOING THEIR DANCE CRAP AGAIN! UNBELIEVABLE! So, I went to the front desk and told them and asked them to get a manager to take care of the situation and they said they would. After about 10 minutes nothing had been done and the people were still in their dancing, so, I went to find the manager myself and happened to run into the district manager , Troy instead. I told him what was going on with the dancing and how I had had problems at the 1604 club with people doing idiotic things in the court and that it was taken care of over there at least. He (Troy) then asked me if it was interfering with my playing racquetball. I said no, not right now because the league didn't start till 6:30 but that the same thing was going on last week and the manager told me nothing else should be going on in the courts and that was their policy which they abide by. Troy, then said if it's not interfering with my playing right now, then, he doesn't have a problem with whatever else goes on in the courts! So, I said then you're telling me you're not going to do anything and he said NO!So, nothing was done, and I walked away from him because I'm sick and tired of arguing with people over this, but, I did notice shortly after he walked down by the court with the manager and they looked at the dancers briefly and then just walked away.Obviously, I just don't understand what is going on at your clubs with the racquetball. How can one place have a different policy than another? How can the district manager not know what the policy is about the courts and not care at all? How can the manager say one thing one week and the very next week reverse his thinking on what he says is company policy? How does absolutely nobody at your clubs care at all about the racquetball or pay any attention to it whatsoever?I'd like to know from a LA Fitness general manager what exactly the policy is and if it is to not allow anything else to go on in the courts, then why doesn't anybody abide by the rules until I make an issue out of it? (NOTHING ELSE SHOULD BE GOING ON IN THE RACQUETBALL COURTS EXCEPT RACQUETBALL is what should be emphasized at ALL THE CLUBS and be enforced and paid attention to ALWAYS!Again, it shouldn't be up to me, a customer, to have to even say something about it; all the people working at the clubs should know and enforce the policy.NOTE OR SIGNS should be posted around all the courts stating they are for racquetball only and that memberships could be revoked if breaking the rules! Not only do all these non-racquetball people abuse and destroy the courts with their idiotic practices, but, the least they do is dirty up the courts with their street shoes, along with making marks on the floors and walls! The courts at the Bulverde club are NEVER EVER cleaned and they are so slippery from dirt that somebody is going to hurt themselves badly from it and the way people are nowadays, who knows, they might even sue you over it! It takes only minutes to sweep the floors at least once daily and then they should be mopped at least weekly!I can't believe that if my letters were passed on to the owners of LA Fitness that they wouldn't care about the courts either, when It cost them a lot of time and money to build them!
