West Covina Branch On Azusa Ave. Is So 'cheap'; Watered Down Hand & Bath Soap, N
Watered down liquid soap at every dispensery, hardly ever refills the hand towel rack. And above all. Non-consistant maintaince on the Steam Room, let alone, hand cleaning the inside tiles. What a way to run a dying business.
