If your Lg TV don't show picture but there is sound, follow this step to troubleshoot

1. Power on the TV using the bottom on the Tv control panel, do not use the remote control. with the TV powered on, press any key on the control panel of the television (exmple: Menu, Vol + or - input). Does any menu or on screen display appear?

* If a display appears continue to the next step

* No display indicate the TV required service.

2. Do any external devices connected to the TV work properly?

* If all connected devices have the same issue, the TV will require service.

* If only one device has the problem, proceed to the next step.

3. What type of device has the problem and how is it connected to the TV.

* Take note of the device experiencing the issue and make a selection from the menu connection type in use. If the issue still persist contact
