Out Of Range 51.3khz/55hz Led Monitor Screen Not Showing

In LG LED E1941 after the message showing Out of range 51.3khz/55HZ when connecting to TV Tuner card,so not able to change the channesl.When connecting to CPu monitor working fine. Pls guide me what to do Thanks & Regards, Kumarbabu

This is not a proble of Monitor , it is problem of setting of TV Tuner, Use your Remote for this , it is simple
