The arrow icon indicates that you have call reject on. Had to go thru and figure it out after someone continued to call that didn't speak english and couldn't understand me when I told them they had the wrong number so my daughter showed me how to reject the call and that's when the icon shows up. If you turn off call reject, it removes the arrow.
