Extravert Tx Tht I Receive Dissapears I Only See The Part Of Thread That I Sent

After an hour or 2 or sometimes a day or 2, I look back to read a discussion and I only see the txt that I sent and the txt that I received dissappeared from phone!!! Can anyone help me?
