Why Won't The Soap Dispenser Open Automatically

Enter Test mode with Dispenser Closed, Door Closed and Power Off
1. Press Rinse + Time Delay + POWER S/W simultaneously to enter test mode
2. Press Delay Start 5 times, display will change to N35
3. Wait 35 seconds for the Dispenser to Open
If that fails then the Dispenser Solenoid could be bad (Dispenser part 4924FD2123E) assuming the timer is doing the rest of the cycle properly. See attached and good luck.
