Hi. If it is a SIM pin, then simply enter an incorrect one deliberately three times and it should block and request for a PUK (Pin Unlock Key). If you do not have the PUK, then simply contact your carrier and ask for it.
If, on the other hand, it is a screen lock PIN, then you will sadly have to hard reset the device or unlock your device using Gmail creadentials if you had associated a Gmail email address with the device.
