How Do We Keep Our Knobs From Cracking Inside. The Plastic Cracks.

The inside of our knobs are plastic and crack from the heat of the oven. The outside of the knobs are wrapped with a silver type celophane and crinkles from the heat. This is happening with all five knobs and is the second time.
