I Lost All Contact Info And Text Messages On My Lg221c When Programming Bluetoot

I have a tracphon LG....LG221C. As I was programming my Bluetooth to a paired device, the phone went black and I lost all my contact history,messages,phone numbers....all my data as well....please help me recover my contact numbers....thank you
