If the picture on your TV is being displayed upside down, please perform a factory data reset on your TV. ... If the Menu is displayed correctly but the picture is still upside down, the problem may be due to an external device, such as a digital set top box or a transmission issue.

After Main Board (Motherboard) replacement on a LG TV, picture may be upside down. To fix this, you have to enter LG Service Menu () (EZ-ADJUST) and follow the video. Be very careful while playing with these service menus, wrong value could brick your TV.
