No Sound And Cancels

My phone has no kepad sound and sound when calling/reciving calls(i can't hear the ringing). It does have sound when I turn it on/off and when ringing though. I have checked the sound settings and they are all on high. Also when I am texting or just plain leaving the phone alone it seems to be trying to cancel out of everything. For example, when I am trying to type a text message it will say "do you want to save this message as a draft.   Please help :) I dont mind reseting the phone, if I can find a way..as I only have a few numbers on my phone anyways.
