Computer Not Communicating With Inspection Computers

I AM LOOKING TO REPLACE THE COMPUTER MODULE THAT CONTROLS THE DIAGNOSTICS, WHERE CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT FOR A 97 US MODEL D90 AUTOMATIC 4.0 ENGINE
