Blue Screen On Create Profile Page
Hi, my son has the first LeapPad. It was working fine but now suddenly it says create profile but the page is blank, there is nothing to click on! i have tried everything, new batteries, updating, connecting to laptop, it turns on fine but says creat profile and screen is blue underneath, nothing to click on, can you help please? My son is disabled and does not understand why his toy is not working, nor do i :( thankyou.
