We Have A Leapster Explorer We Just Upgrade To The Leap Pad 2.

I need to know how to get the purchased items now on the the Leap Pad 2. I have removed them from the device, but it is not allowing me to hook up the leappad to that and put them there. We were sold on it because we would not lose anything you purchaed please help
