I Have Lenovo G500s.my Leptop Is Turn Of But When I Plug In My Laptop It's Not C

Hi, if the battery is not charging, the problem is likely one of three things: the battery, the charger, or the power jack board. Try the battery or charger first -- one of them is likely to fix the problem.
