Can The High Cold Rpm Speed In The Petrol Engine Of A 2013 Rx450h Be Reduced.

My 2013 RX450h has an excessively high cold engine idle speed,my dealer says the GS450h has the same. My RX400h was perfect,the 450h now sounds like a Tractor on cold starts. Can it be reduced?
