I Cannot Reset My Password

I click on the appropriate "reset my password". A temp password is sent to my email, however it does not work to logon!

I Know the Answer!

Thats a temporary password. Log in immediettley at the myLT.com home page with your existing username and new temporary password, then update your password to something permanent.
