Getting Disconnected

dear Linkedin, I keep getting your emails , which I do not want to receive. I have lost my password, but all the methods you have sent me to be disconnected require a passward which I do not have. I have applied for a new one but you have not sent it. why will you not disconnect me from emails I do not wish to receive.  If you have no record of my account, why do I still get these emails. Please either send me a new password so I can disconnect or disconnect me yourself. Please answer this request.
