Dear Madam or Sir,I received a LinkedIn message from one of my new connections yesterday evening and cannot find or access it today. Unfortunately I did not write down the person's name. How do I find that (important) message?

If, as it seems, you deleted the message, you can't now retrieve it. (Sorry.) I understand LinkedIn at one time had a way to do that--but there's none now.
