My Sa1521 Has A Distorted Low Frequency Output At A Normal Volume Setting.

Could it be the driver biasing??Some readings:voltage at bridge rectifier D38: +5VDC and -135 VDC. Point #1: +3.8vdc....point #2: -16.5vdc...point #3: +0.5vdc...point #4: -0.4vdc.Voltages at base Q15 and base Q17 respectively:-0.3vdc and +0.3vdc. Voltages at emitter Q15 and emitter Q 17 respectively:0vdc. Voltages at collector Q15 and collector Q17 respectively: -26vdc and +26vdc.
