I Keep Getting Cannot Record On This Disc Recording Errror E454039000.

This error is actually E4, which refers to the Optimum Power Calibration. This means disc reader laser needs recalibrated and requires a service professional to do, so original answer of needing repair is correct.
I work for Magnavox customer support and this is directly from our documents.
