Should be OK. I have used several manufacturers DVDs in the machine with good results. Best recordings on DVD-rs but +rs work ok. Quality depends on Recording Mode setting, the shorter the time (2hrs) the better the quality. I use the (6hr) setting SLP for most recdording with saftisfactory results.
