Should be back already. Sorry to say, magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support.

You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925.

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
