Can I Add A Second Number To My Magicjack?

I want to use it for my fax machine and I was told by another support person there that I can with a phone splitter, but I am having trouble setting up the 2nd line. It continues to pull up the first number.

Each magicJack can be set up to work with one phone number and one only. If you were told otherwise you were misinformed.
