How Can I Change Number.

Have bought your new MajicJack. Need to change and register the number for the old MajicJack to use overseas. What number should I call for HELP. Or how should I go about it. Also, can I purchase the attachment that goes into the wall to use with the computer unit?

During setup select “add to existing account” when prompted. magicJack does not offer the attachment you mention.

magicJack does not offer more than the most feeble customer support; sorry. You may reach magicJack by writing:
