What Is The Cost For Local Phone Calls That Go To Non-potts Phone Numbers
I get an error message when I call certain local numbers and when I asked Billing how much these minutescost nobody knew and they could't refer me to a live agent that knew anything and there online agent was unavailable for more than 5 hours.
this FFRAUD!

I well understand why you're using the term, "fraud."
magicJack promises free domestic calls, without limitation, and you're entitled to that benefit. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions, but you'll have to bear the cost of return shipping. If magicJack is not fulfilling the terms of its promise, I urge you to complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
