Error 401 For Windows Xp. Keeps On Coming All The Time. Mj Is Not Working.

Magic jack is not working. Gives 401 error always. I am using Windows XP.

The 401 error means the page you were trying to bring up cannot be loaded until you first log on with a valid user ID and password. If you have just logged on and received the 401 error, it means that the credentials you entered were invalid for some reason.
