Question posted by Valeria999V on January 20th, 2012

Hi, Last Year, In Early 2011, I Bought A 5-year Subscription To Magic Jack.

Within the past week or so, I've been receiving emails telling me I need to renew my subscription if I want to keep the Magic Jack service at it's old 2008-2011 rates. Which makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE! I already paid for a 5-year PLAN, so why do I need to renew?

You don't. You have the option to renew at the advertised rate, if you so choose. As a magicJack user, your probably know the the company is not shy in promoting additional business.
