My password given to me by majicjack does NOT go through, I had my password e-mailed to me but STILL does not work...Please help before my majicjack exsoires on 6/20/2013 I want the 5 year plane.

I expect the magicJack folks would like your renewal, but they obvioulsy won't get it if they're not accepting your password. Unfortunately, magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only and is not answered by a real person.
