I Have The Original Magicjack For A Couple Of Years And Am Switching To Mj Plus.

Is it worth switching?  How do I get credit for the years I have remaining on the original.  Also, I thought this was a free 30 day trial.  How come you already deducted the cost?  Also, can I change some of the order before the 30 days are up.  Can I also, keep the same numbers that I had with the original MJ??

1. In my view probably not, if your old magicJack meets your needs.

2. There's no credit unless you have a special offer.

3. We're an independent help site, not magicJack. magicJack says that it doesn't charge you until after the trial, but that your bank may place a hold on the money.

4. No.

5. Yes. During setup select “add to existing account” when prompted.
