You have not reached magicJack but an independent help site; so obviously we cannot correct any errors.

Your first step should be to go here and use the "Forget your password?" link. You may need to disable popup blockers. If that doesn't fix the problem, you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
