I tried to renew magic jack service with my phone 7024906034 I followed your web site and ordered multi year package. Gave credit card numbers and new emailmail address [email protected]. I still have no service Richard Simmons Can you please get this going. My home phone number is 7807-298-3044 ,my subscription number A921050504EICE need help

Visit the Magic Jack account management site, by going to http://my.magicjack.com.

Login using your telephone number and the password you created during your Magic Jack registration. If you do not remember the password, click "Remind me by email."

Click on "Customer Care," and then "Extend Your License."

Choose your renewal term. You can renew your license for one year, three years or five years.

Enter your credit card information, including your billing address and zip code, to complete your renewal.
