After logging in, click the "My Subscriptions" tab, and then the "Details" button under "Transfer Your Phone Number to magicJack." Follow the prompts to submit your transfer request. There will be a fee of about $20.00.

You need to know that not all numbers are transferable to magicJack. Here's a lengthy list of supported area codes. Here's a longer list that includes local prefixes.

If your old phone number is not transferable, you can return your device per these instructions (or if you bought it from a retailer, return it there).
