Unused Magicjack

Have unused MagicJack, should I plug in, get new phone number - not sure how many years I have on it - possibly just one year? and add on more years? Or should I discard it and throw away.

I would use the old magicJack. If your 1 year is up, you can renew for way less than the cost of starting fresh. Hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. Click on "Click Here to Register" in the left window of the magicJack software, and follow the on-screen prompts. You'll be invited to select your phone number.
